Bustling New Year Opening Ceremony in Moc Chau: "Having donned the Dai Nam University shirt, everyone must be a warrior"

With the aim of implementing activities and building the cultural identity of Dai Nam University in the period of 2023 - 2030; exchanging, connecting, and strengthening colleagues' feelings after the long Tet holiday, on February 2, 2023 (ie January 12 of the lunar calendar), Dai Nam University organized a spring trip to Moc Chau plateau (Son La) for all key leaders of Faculties, Departments, Boards, Institutes, and Centers.

Dr. Le Dac Son congratulated the new year, giving messages and actions of Dai Nam University in the new year.

At the meeting, on behalf of the University, Dr. Le Dac Son - Chairman of the University Council sent New Year wishes of "health - happiness - peace" to the key leaders and their families. At the same time, he affirmed that the key leaders are the extended arms of the University Council and the Board of Directors in implementing the strategy of building and developing Dai Nam University to be strong and everlasting.

More than 100 key leaders attended a meeting on culture and strategic actions of Dai Nam University in the period of 2023 - 2030 in Moc Chau.

“The university is not only a place to train high-quality human resources, capable of leading in production, business, and national development, but also an intellectual force leading in spirit, preserving, conserving and developing the traditional cultural values of the nation. That is also our aspiration – the founders of the University, wishing to build an everlasting university so that the young generation of Vietnam can enjoy a quality educational environment, without having to study abroad...” , Dr. Le Dac Son shared.

Imbued with ideology, culture, and action strategies to be of one mind and one heart for the development of Dai Nam University.

Accordingly, Dai Nam University determines the school's development goal in the period of 2023 - 2030 to become the best possible university in the Vietnamese education system; training to provide high-quality human resources for the recruitment needs of society.

To do that, Dr. Le Dac Son emphasized the need for unity, solidarity, and consensus among all members of the Dai Nam family. Especially the key leaders.

“Having put on the Dai Nam University uniform, we all must be “warriors” to work together to build and develop the University. When we are united, we will have a position and a difference. The University will create the best conditions for teachers to feel secure in their work, to contribute, and to build their own values...” Dr. Le Dac Son affirmed.

These "warriors" contribute to the brand of Dai Nam University.

A journey of understanding, connection, and accelerated development

The sharing of Dr. Le Dac Son penetrated the hearts of all the key leaders of the University; helped the key leaders of DNU "understand" the development strategy of the University in the new period; prepare the mind to be ready to "commit", face challenges, all for the common development of the University, for the benefit of the learners. Notably, just one day later, Mr. Dinh Quang Hung - Vice Principal had a "valuable" harvest summarizing and interpreting the entire ideology, will, and development direction of Dai Nam University to send to all key cadres.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Vinh Hue - Head of Pharmacy Department shared: "I would like to sincerely thank the Chairman; the teachers, the Board of Directors and the Organizing Committee for organizing a meaningful spring trip. I believe that with the right direction and full energy, we will successfully achieve the goal, bring DNU to the destination, sustainable development, and longevity".

Ms. Le Thi My Ngoc - Head of the Department of Logistics and Supply Chain Management said that this was a very meaningful trip: "The trip not only helps the key leaders of the School better understand the strategy, development goals, and culture of the School, but is also a great opportunity for the Faculties and Departments in the School to become closer together."

Mr. Le Van Duy - Head of Nursing Department affirmed: "With new momentum, Dai Nam University will transform and surpass itself, becoming the leading trusted address of Vietnamese education".

Mr. Tran Dang Cong - Head of Information Technology Department said: "This trip to Moc Chau has helped me understand much more about the strategy, development goals and culture of DNU, and review the work I have done, am doing and will do at the common home of Dai Nam. This meaningful spring trip not only brings me and everyone in the group excitement with the desire to start a lucky and favorable new year, but this is also an opportunity for DNU members to increase solidarity, mutual attachment, creating motivation to work and devote themselves to Dai Nam".

Ms. Ha Thi Huong - Deputy Head of the Faculty of Finance and Banking shared: "The trip was very useful for teachers to share experiences, inspire passion, increase solidarity; enjoy beautiful scenery and leave memorable memories".
