"Business lecture hall" - Highlight of the new school year of the Faculty of Finance and Accounting

Building a business lecture hall model is the direction of the Faculty of Finance and Banking in the 2022-2023 school year, aiming to consolidate knowledge, help students get acquainted with the working environment, and initially form the style that businesses require.

Recently, the Faculty of Finance and Banking organized the program "Welcome Back To ASFB" to welcome students back to school, officially entering the 2022-2023 school year; at the same time, reported on the construction of a business lecture hall model in the new school year.

MSc. Dinh Quang Hung – Vice Principal of the University said: The relationship between enterprises – universities – students is like a “three-legged stool” that creates a human resource that is comprehensively developed in terms of professional knowledge and working skills for society. This is the training direction that Dai Nam University has determined since its early days of establishment.

Mr. Nguyen Hoang Nam - Head of the Faculty of Finance and Banking shared: In the 2022 - 2023 school year, the Faculty of Finance and Banking will develop and promote the business classroom model. This is an opportunity to improve training quality, reduce learning pressure, help students learn the knowledge and skills required by the modern economy, build necessary relationships and expand career opportunities right from the classroom.

“Early contact and familiarization with businesses will help students have solid expertise, good skills, and be ready to start working right after graduation without spending much time on retraining,” said Mr. Nguyen Hoang Nam.

Accordingly, in addition to learning professional knowledge, Finance and Banking students will be "hands-on" at the Finance and Banking - Auditing - Accounting practice center; participate in practical activities: sightseeing, internship, and become official employees at large banks and financial companies that are strategic partners of the School.

At the program, representatives of enterprises highly appreciated the practical and trendy training program of the School. Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Thuy - Director of VIB International Bank, Xala Branch shared: "We highly appreciate the business lecture hall model and will certainly create all conditions for Dai Nam University students to visit and intern".

To encourage and motivate students' learning spirit, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Thuy decided to award scholarships worth 8 million VND to students with excellent academic achievements.
