According to recent research by economic experts, the shortage of highly qualified human resources in the fields of Business Administration accounts for about 40% of the total labor demand in the market and the growth rate must reach about 50% to meet the current market.

Through a survey of 100 businesses, 85% said that they have to spend an average of 3-6 months to retrain graduates to meet the minimum job requirements. This poses a very difficult problem for businesses: Should they accept weak human resources in Business Administration or spend time and money to train them from the beginning so that they know how to work?

Current shortage of human resources in the business administration industry

In reality, many universities with teaching methods and training programs are still heavily theoretical, lacking in close connection with reality, making it impossible for many students to have the minimum knowledge and skills to undertake the simplest job requirements. In 2018, Dai Nam University enrolls 150 students in Business Administration according to two admission methods:
Admission method 1 : Admission based on high school exam results at exam clusters hosted by universities;
Admission method 2 : Admission of high school graduates based on high school academic results with the following conditions:
- Total score of 3 subjects according to exam block of grade 12 for candidates applying for university program is 18 points or higher.
- Grade 12 conduct is ranked good or higher.
