Since its establishment, the faculty has always been a pioneer in linking training programs with business practices. Through subjects such as Business Games, Project Management Skills, Business Startups, etc., students are soon exposed to practical business knowledge, experience for themselves and draw useful business lessons during the experimentation process. This has contributed to the encouragement of students' dreams of becoming "bosses and bosses" right from when they were still in school.
In addition to that knowledge, the Faculty also focuses on nurturing and training necessary skills for students, especially soft skills such as negotiation skills, teamwork skills, leadership skills, problem solving skills, etc. Thanks to that, students have more opportunities to improve their skills, at the same time promote their strengths and strengths to confidently step into life.
It is the diversity but practicality in the curriculum and innovation in teaching methods that has helped the Faculty of Business Administration achieve outstanding and proud achievements.

During the years of development, with the motto of practical training and real learning in the direction of equipping students with practical knowledge, fostering entrepreneurial thinking to enrich students, the Faculty of Business Administration has gradually attracted a team of talented, experienced and enthusiastic lecturers; the curriculum and teaching content are always updated according to international standards, innovating teaching methods, building a disciplined and responsible learning environment to train students' attitudes and personalities, promoting their strengths, dynamism and positivity. Thanks to such a training and development environment, many students of the Faculty of Business Administration, with their mettle and efforts, have brought home many prestigious awards for the faculty, typically:

The development process with the advantage of training quality makes the number of students graduating each year not enough to supply the labor market.
Following the success of their seniors, many students of the Faculty of Business Administration are constantly trying and striving to achieve proud achievements. Many students, although not yet graduated, have been participating in the labor market at many companies with various positions such as: International trade at import-export companies, Content creation at media companies, Recruitment specialists, Sales specialists, etc. Most of the students are proactive in their own work since their first year.
Despite such initial achievements, both teachers and students of the Faculty of Business Administration always consider it a motivation to continue to strive and make efforts to achieve more success in the future, so that management talents can fully develop their abilities, assert themselves, shine and contribute to the development of the socio-economy.
