- Associate Professor, Dr. Mai Van Trinh, Director of the Department of Testing and Education Quality Assessment (Ministry of Education and Training)

09:31 March 13, 2015I have a question about the 2015 national high school exam. I am an independent candidate:
- Once I have completed my application, where should I submit it?
- In this exam, I only take 3 subjects according to the combination of the major in the university I am taking the exam for, right?
- Can I get bonus points like the vocational exam and national sports exam scores from last year? (Huyền Ngô Minh; nminhhuyenn@gmail.com)
Associate Professor, Dr. Mai Van Trinh, Director of the Department of Testing and Education Quality Assessment (Ministry of Education and Training) : I am a freelance candidate who graduated from high school before 2014. In the national high school exam, I only registered for subjects that match the subject combination used for admission to the major/group of majors of universities and colleges. The Department of Education and Training will specify the location for receiving application documents for independent candidates. You need to follow up to complete the registration procedures as well as receive the exam notice and certificate of exam results.
Vocational exam scores can only be used to add bonus points when considering high school graduation recognition, not used for university and college admissions.- 09:34 March 13, 2015
I registered for the following subjects: Literature - Math - English - Physics - Chemistry. The Military Technical Academy or another school in the same major accepts both subject groups (Math - Physics - Chemistry) and (Math - Physics - English). So can I submit my application for admission at the same time for both subject groups? What are the procedures and forms of registration? Thank you! (Hong Tran - tranhong1972@gmail.com)
MSc. Nam Nhat Minh - Deputy Head of the Department of Admissions Examination Management and Diploma Recognition - Department of Examination and Educational Quality Assessment: After receiving the exam results for candidates who have registered to take the exam for university and college admission, they will be given 1 certificate of score 1 and 3 additional certificates of score. They will use the certificate of score 1 to register for the first round of admission with a maximum of 4 majors of a school. Thus, you can only participate in the first round of admission to one school with many different subject combinations and cannot participate in admission to more than one school.
In case you do not pass the first round of admission, you can use the remaining 3 additional score certificates to apply to schools that still have quotas and have announced additional admission. You can submit your application directly or by post to the school you wish to study at.

I currently live in Ho Chi Minh City but every year I have to go back to my hometown to have the ward committee confirm my presence there. So this year, do I need to go back to my hometown to have my documents authenticated or is just my graduation certificate enough? (Mai ThreeKay - threekay454@gmail.com)
MSc. Nam Nhat Minh - Deputy Head of the Department of Admissions Examination Management and Diploma Recognition - Department of Testing and Education Quality Assessment: As an independent candidate, you still need to confirm your identity on the exam registration form of the police station of the ward (commune) where you reside.
- 09:40 March 13, 2015
I am a self-study candidate with a graduation certificate. This year's change in the exam method makes us a bit confused:
If it is a general exam, the exam will be divided into 2 parts: 1 graduation part and 1 university part. If it is only university exam, we will not be able to take the graduation exam. If we take both graduation and university exam, it will be like we have to take the graduation exam again. (Mai ThreeKay -threekay454@gmail.com)
Associate Professor, Dr. Mai Van Trinh, Director of the Department of Testing and Education Quality Assessment (Ministry of Education and Training) : I am a self-study candidate who has graduated from high school. In the national high school exam, I only registered to take the subjects for university and college admission. The results of these subjects will be used.
The exam will have questions for high school graduation (basic level questions, suitable for high school students and continuing education students); the exam will also have difficult questions to differentiate candidates' levels for university and college admissions. You are an independent candidate, the results of these exams will be used for university and college admissions, not that you have to retake the high school graduation exam again.

After having the results of the national high school exam, then registering for admission, but candidates do not know the admission scores of the schools, so how can I predict the probability of admission? (Thu Lien, Tuyen Quang province; thulienng97@gmail.com)
MSc. Nam Nhat Minh - Deputy Head of the Department of Admissions Management and Diploma Recognition - Department of Testing and Education Quality Assessment: According to the regulations of the University and College Admissions Regulations in 2015, the schools will announce (every 3 days) on the school's website, the list of candidates registering for admission, arranged from high to low in order of exam results. Thus, you can follow this information to estimate your chances of being admitted.

Can I ask how the National Economics University organizes admission or separate exams in 2015? (Nguyen Tuyet Mai, Thai Binh province)
Prof. Dr. Nguyen Quang Dong, Head of Training Management Department (National Economics University): National Economics University (NEU) organizes admission based on the results of the National High School Exam at examination clusters chaired by universities.
The National Economics University does not organize its own exams and does not have any preliminary selection.
I only took the national high school exam. After the results were out, I submitted my application to the National Economics University via courier or directly to the National Economics University. Then I followed the announcement and waited for the admission results.
For all details, candidates can see on the school's electronic information portal. Address: www.neu.edu.vn , admission announcement section. In addition, candidates can refer to the admissions consulting page facebook.com/tvtsneu.
Wish all candidates achieve the desired results!
- 09:55 March 13, 2015Nowadays, schools are adding many new points: considering the academic records, this is completely surprising to us. Because in previous years, we only needed to finish grade 12 and pass the graduation exam to focus on studying for the university entrance exam, so the academic records' scores were usually very low. If universities add this criterion, will it be a bit disadvantageous and hasty for us? (Mai ThreeKay - threekay454@gmail.com)
Associate Professor, Dr. Mai Van Trinh, Director of the Department of Testing and Education Quality Assessment (Ministry of Education and Training) : According to the Law on Higher Education, universities and colleges have the right to autonomously enroll students by means of entrance exams, admission exams, or a combination of both entrance exams and admission exams. Since 2014, many universities and colleges have autonomously enrolled students in the form specified in their own admission plans. This includes admission exams based on students' academic performance at high school level.
To ensure the quality of the recruitment source, these schools all consider candidates with an average GPA of 6.0 or higher (for university admission) and 5.5 or higher (for college admission). The separate recruitment plans are all made public on the school's website, the website of the Ministry of Education and Training, and the Education and Times Newspaper so that students, parents, and society can know and implement them. This form of recruitment is used by many universities and colleges in the 2015 recruitment, so it cannot be said to be a surprise to students. The assessment of high school students' learning outcomes is carried out under the direction of the Ministry of Education and Training according to the standards of knowledge, skills and related regulations that are unified for all educational institutions nationwide. Universities and colleges have the right to decide on the method of enrollment based on meeting the general requirements and regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, aiming to ensure the quality of recruitment sources, creating conditions to contribute to improving the quality of training.

I am currently studying in a Chinese language class, which means I have to take the D4 exam. Since grade 11, I have determined and studied English to be able to take the A1 exam. But according to the regulations of the national high school exam, each candidate can only take one foreign language exam, so how can I take two foreign languages? (Nguyen Thi Lan, nguyenthilan97@gmail.com)
Associate Professor, Dr. Mai Van Trinh, Director of the Department of Testing and Education Quality Assessment (Ministry of Education and Training) : In the 2015 national high school exam, the exam schedule will be unified nationwide. In particular, the foreign language subject will only be held in the same exam session for 6 different foreign languages (English, Russian, French, Chinese, German and Japanese).
In your case, you are majoring in Chinese, but you also want to take the English exam, you have the right to choose the foreign language that is most convenient for you. When registering for the national high school exam, you should pay attention to declaring the foreign language exam in the exam registration form.

I would like to ask how does the National Economics University organize admission or separate exams in 2015? Do candidates have to travel further to take the exam than taking the national high school exam? How does the National Economics University arrange the exam clusters? (Nguyen Tuyet Mai, Thai Binh province)
Prof. Dr. Nguyen Quang Dong, Head of Training Management Department (National Economics University): National Economics University (NEU) organizes admission based on the results of the National High School Exam at examination clusters chaired by universities.
The National Economics University does not organize its own exams and does not have any preliminary selection.I only took the national high school exam. After the results were out, I submitted my application to the National Economics University via express delivery or directly to the National Economics University. Then I followed the announcement and waited for the admission results.
For all details, candidates can see on the school's electronic information portal. Address: www.neu.edu.vn, admission announcement section. In addition, candidates can refer to the admissions consulting page facebook.com/tvtsneu. Wishing all candidates the best results!

May I ask when the registration for the national high school exam begins? What should I pay attention to when filling out the application to avoid mistakes? Can I register for university entrance exams right away? For example, if my child plans to take the A block exam (Math - Physics - Chemistry), can he or she be considered for university entrance exams in the A1 block (Math - Physics - English)? (Thu Trang - tranthutrang@yahoo.com)
MSc. Nam Nhat Minh - Deputy Head of the Department of Admissions Examination Management and Diploma Recognition - Department of Testing and Educational Quality Assessment : The registration period for the national high school exam will begin in early April and end on April 30. To avoid mistakes when completing the application form, candidates need to carefully read the regulations for the national high school exam, the regulations for university and college admissions and related guidance documents.
In 2015, after registering for the exam, candidates will be given an account, which they can log in to check their exam registration information. If there are any errors, they can report them to the exam registration office for correction.
In 2015, candidates had to have their exam results before registering for admission. When registering for university or college admission, candidates can choose from the subjects they have taken (including the subjects used for graduation recognition) to form combinations to register for admission to the appropriate school/major. For example, candidates taking the 4 subjects: Math, Literature, English, Physics can form the subject combinations Math, Literature, English; Math, English, Physics;... (in the subject combinations, Math or Literature must be included) for admission.

If I do not get the score to enter a major registered at the National Economics University but have enough score to enter another major at the university, can I change my score and wish to a lower major, Mr. Nguyen Quang Dong? (Minh Thai, Vinh Phuc province)
Prof. Dr. Nguyen Quang Dong, Head of Training Management Department (National Economics University): This year, in each application form, each candidate can register 4 majors/groups of majors of the selected school in order of priority from 1 to 4. The Ministry allows candidates to change their major registration within the prescribed time limit of the examination period. You need to follow the announcement of the School (every 3 days) about your ranking in the list ranked by admission score, so that you can change your registration accordingly (change your wishes or withdraw your registration form and submit it to another school.
After the deadline for receiving applications, the School will compile scores to establish the benchmark. The School will consider the first choice major (NV1) first. At the first admission point, if there are still quotas, the School will consider NV2 major; Similarly, for NV3 and NV4 majors of the review round.
So the answer in this case is that you cannot be considered for NV1 with a lower standard score. You must pay attention to monitor daily to change NV to match your score or withdraw your application to apply to another school.

- 10:15 March 13, 2015Let me ask, in this exam, I chose 4 subjects but a friend said that one of the 4 subjects below 5 points will be considered as failing high school graduation. So let me ask if what my friend said is correct? (Ho Minh Hue, 18 years old, Nam Dinh province)
Associate Professor, Dr. Mai Van Trinh, Director of the Department of Testing and Education Quality Assessment (Ministry of Education and Training) : In the national high school exam, when registering for the exam, students will have to determine 4 subjects used for high school graduation (including 3 compulsory subjects: Math, Literature, Foreign Language and 1 elective subject). The exam results of these 4 subjects are used in combination with the average score of grade 12 to consider high school graduation. According to the regulations, the exam results of each subject used for graduation must be greater than 1 point and the graduation score must meet the requirements according to the regulations (clearly stated in Articles 37 and 38 of the National High School Exam Regulations) for students to be recognized as high school graduates.
I registered for 5 subjects, but only 4 subjects are used for high school graduation (I registered when I registered for the exam). The other subjects can be used for university and college admission but not for high school graduation. - 10:16 March 13, 2015
I want to ask, what majors and majors does National Economics University recruit this year? (Tran Thu Trang, Ho Chi Minh City)
Prof. Dr. Nguyen Quang Dong, Head of Training Management Department (National Economics University) : This year, National Economics University enrolls 23 majors/programs. Of which:
- There are 21 majors/programs that are recruited based on 4 groups of subjects equivalent to the old A block, the old A1 block, the old D1 block and the old B block.- Application-oriented program (POHE) - admission code D110110 considers 2 groups equivalent to the old A1 block and the old D1 block, in which the English exam has a coefficient of 2.
- For English Language major - admission code D220201 only considers 1 combination equivalent to the old D1 block, in which the English exam subject has a coefficient of 2.
- 10:23 March 13, 2015Dear teacher, I really want to become a student at the National Economics University. I want to ask if the admission score to the National Economics University in 2015 is as high as in recent years? (Pham Nam).
Prof. Dr. Nguyen Quang Dong, Head of Training Management Department (National Economics University) : University and College Admissions 2015 is different from previous years. National Economics University considers admission based on the results of the National High School Exam with 4 groups corresponding to blocks A, A1, D1 and B.
The high or low standard score depends on the results of the National High School Exam. Only after the first round of admission is the standard score known. There is a fundamental difference in the admission score (standard score) this year compared to previous years. This year, the University of Economics and Business enrolls by major. Each major has its own admission score. You should read the school's admission announcement carefully to choose the major/training program to register for that is suitable for your exam results. This is very important. Good luck.
- 10:24 March 13, 2015I would like to ask if this year the National Economics University will directly admit excellent students who have won national prizes? If I am admitted, what majors will I be able to study? (Hoang Mai Phuong, 18 years old, Phu Tho province)
Prof. Dr. Nguyen Quang Dong, Head of Training Management Department (National Economics University): This year, National Economics University will directly admit students who won first, second, and third prizes in the national excellent student competition who have graduated from high school and are in the same major or a major close to the subject in which the candidate won the prize. Congratulations.

Hello program, I am Dao Y Nhi from Lang Son and I am an independent candidate. I have 2 questions that I would like the teachers to answer: one is: Where can independent candidates buy application forms and register for the exam? Two is, in addition to taking aptitude tests, do candidates taking the Kindergarten exam this year have to take subjects like Math and Literature? Or do they just need to consider their academic records like last year? I hope the teachers can answer. Thank you? Tuantuan (tuandatht8@gmail.com).
MSc. Nam Nhat Minh - Deputy Head of the Department of Admissions Examination Management and Diploma Recognition - Department of Testing and Educational Quality Assessment: The national high school exam registration form will be printed by the Departments of Education and Training according to a unified national form and distributed to the registration collection points prescribed by the Department of Education and Training (high schools, Continuing Education Centers or district education offices...).For independent candidates, you can submit your application at any application collection point that you feel is convenient for receiving exam notices, exam results, and contacts when needed.
Schools with aptitude tests will organize aptitude tests combined with admission to general subjects based on academic records or national high school exam results. These regulations will be announced on the school's website, please follow them to implement.

I have been out of school for 4 years. Now I want to retake the high school graduation exam and not participate in university and college entrance exams. Do I have to take the exam at the inter-provincial clusters or at the local level? (Hong Thai, Hanoi)
Associate Professor, Dr. Mai Van Trinh, Director of the Department of Testing and Educational Quality Assessment (Ministry of Education and Training): Your case can be applied as for independent candidates, you complete the registration procedure at the location specified by the Department of Education and Training. You can choose to take the exam in whichever exam cluster is convenient for you.

- 10:30 March 13, 2015I would like to ask if candidates who want to transfer to university but have not completed 36 months can register to take the regular university entrance exam? (Thu Giang in Bac Ninh).
Prof. Dr. Nguyen Quang Dong , Head of Training Management Department (National Economics University): Students who are in the articulation program, whether they have graduated for less than 36 months or more than 36 months, can register for the exam and be considered for university admission.
This year, the National Economics University has very favorable regulations for this group. Please read the admission notice carefully and choose the appropriate major to register. There are many opportunities for you. I wish you success.

Dear teachers, my son is studying in grade 12 at a specialized school in Hanoi. He won third prize in the chemistry competition. I would like to know which schools my son can enter directly and which schools he has to take the exam for (He is still studying in majors that include chemistry). Thank you. (Nguyen Thi Xuan, in Hanoi).
MSc. Nam Nhat Minh - Deputy Head of the Department of Admissions Examination Management and Diploma Recognition - Department of Examination and Education Quality Assessment : Candidates who won First, Second, Third prizes in the National Excellent Student Exam; Candidates who won First, Second, Third prizes in the National Science and Technology Exam, who have graduated from High School, will be directly admitted to University in the same major or a major related to the subject in which the candidate won the prize.

- 10:33 March 13, 2015I want to ask which majors of National Economics University have main exams (exam subjects with coefficient 2)? (La Ngoc, Hanoi)
Prof. Dr. Nguyen Quang Dong, Head of Training Management Department (National Economics University) : POHE program (7 majors), English Language major recruits with English subject coefficient 2.
- 10:34 March 13, 2015Dear teacher, I would like to ask if the admission score to the National Economics University is differentiated according to the subject combination? (Vu Hau)
Prof. Dr. Nguyen Quang Dong, Head of Training Management Department (National Economics University) : National Economics University does not assign quotas for each subject group for admission, so it does not distinguish admission scores according to subject groups for admission.
- 10:35 March 13, 2015I would like to ask about direct admission to the National Economics University for candidates who score 27 points in 3 subjects. Specifically, are they any 3 subjects in the 8 subjects of the National High School Exam or 3 subjects corresponding to the announced combinations for admission consideration? (Viet Duc, Ho Chi Minh City)?
Prof. Dr. Nguyen Quang Dong, Head of Training Management Department (National Economics University) : Not just any 3 subjects. Math must be included in the 3 subjects, the remaining 2 subjects are any of the 7 subjects you take.
- 10:36 March 13, 2015I want to ask if this year, National Economics University will assign majors immediately or after 1.5 years of study? (Ba Kien - Nam Dinh)
Professor, Dr. Nguyen Quang Dong, Head of Training Management Department (National Economics University) : This year, National Economics University will assign majors right after students enroll.
- 10:38 March 13, 2015Sir, this year, will the National Economics University consider admission scores based on each major or school? And will the school organize a preliminary selection of candidates? (Bich Phuong - Dong Nai)
Prof. Dr. Nguyen Quang Dong, Head of Training Management Department (National Economics University): This year, the University considers admission scores for each major. This helps students choose the right major to be admitted to the National Economics University. The University does not conduct preliminary selection. - 10:38 March 13, 2015Sir, I see that this year the school has added Biology to the admission exam. I am a candidate who loves this subject. So what majors can I apply for at the school? (Thu Thuy - Lang Son)
Prof. Dr. Nguyen Quang Dong, Head of Training Management Department (National Economics University): You can take the exam and register for admission to 21/23 majors. Only the English Language major and the POHE program do not recruit group B. I would like to congratulate you on your admission day. - 10:40 March 13, 2015
I am taking the university entrance exam this year, and I have some questions about the supplementary admission process. If I do not pass my preferential admission and submit an application for a supplementary admission, does the supplementary admission need a higher score than the priority admission of the same school (similar to the second admission process in previous years)? And I want to better understand how to apply for a supplementary admission. I hope to receive an answer soon.
MSc. Nam Nhat Minh - Deputy Head of the Department of Admissions Examination Management and Diploma Recognition - Department of Testing and Educational Quality Assessment : Based on the threshold to ensure input quality as prescribed by the Ministry of Education and Training, schools announce the admission conditions for their majors and organize admission according to the schedule of the Ministry of Education and Training. The admission scores of the next round must not be lower than the admission scores of the previous round.
To register for additional admission: candidates use 3 certificates of exam results for additional admission. At the end of each additional admission round, unsuccessful candidates have the right to withdraw their application to register for the next round.
- 10:44 March 13, 2015Let me ask, how will the national high school exam be organized this year? For example, in Dong Nai and Vung Tau, where will the candidates take the exam and when will they know where they will take the exam? Like every year, I already know the format of the university and college entrance exams and know the score that I am sure of. However, this year the exam format has changed completely, so how can I know for sure what the exam questions will be like? (Le Hong Ha, 18 years old).
Associate Professor, Dr. Mai Van Trinh, Director of the Department of Testing and Education Quality Assessment (Ministry of Education and Training): In the national high school graduation exam, the Ministry of Education and Training will organize exam clusters including:
1- Exam cluster for candidates to take the exam for high school graduation recognition and university and college admission for candidates from at least 2 provinces/cities, chaired by the University, in coordination with the Department of Education and Training.
2- The examination cluster for candidates taking the exam to be considered for recognition of high school graduation is organized at the school or inter-high school of the province, chaired by the Department of Education and Training, in coordination with the University.
The Ministry of Education and Training will announce the inter-provincial examination clusters, the Department of Education and Training will consult with the Provincial People's Committee to establish provincial examination clusters. On that basis, students will register for the exam according to the regulations of the Examination Regulations (starting from April 1, 2015).The 2015 national high school exam is similar to the 2014 high school graduation and university and college entrance exams; the exam covers the high school curriculum, mainly grade 12. The exam will include basic-level questions, suitable for both high school students and continuing education students (candidates only need to answer these questions to meet the high school graduation requirements), the exam also has difficult questions to differentiate the level of candidates for university and college admissions. The exam will be designed in a way that increases the number of application-level questions and open-ended questions, rather than requiring candidates to mechanically memorize data, events, or answer according to available templates.
The Ministry of Education and Training will announce some sample questions for subjects in the national high school exam for candidates and teachers to refer to.
- 10:45 March 13, 2015Dear teacher, I would like to ask if the National Economics University has a support policy for students with difficult circumstances? (Thanh Hai - Thanh Hoa)
Prof. Dr. Nguyen Quang Dong, Head of Training Management Department (National Economics University) : National Economics University always has a support policy for students with difficult circumstances. The school supports policy students and students with difficult circumstances. Every year, there are nearly 1,000 dormitories for students from remote areas and students with difficult circumstances. In addition, some students will be supported to work part-time after school hours.
- 10:47 March 13, 2015
Can you tell me what the total enrollment target of the school is this year? (Quang Do, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi)
Prof. Dr. Nguyen Quang Dong , Head of Training Management Department (National Economics University) : The scale of university admission in 2015 of National Economics University remains the same as in 2014. The total quota is 4,800. This total quota includes candidates transferred from ethnic boarding schools - according to the quota of the Ministry of Education and Training. Estimated 240 quotas.
- 10:47 March 13, 2015Could you please let me know about direct admission for candidates who score 27 points in 3 subjects? Specifically, are they any 3 subjects in the 8 subjects of the National High School Exam or 3 subjects corresponding to the announced combinations for admission consideration?
Prof. Dr. Nguyen Quang Dong, Head of Training Management Department (National Economics University) : If a candidate gets 27 points/3 subjects (out of 8 subjects in the National High School Exam), including Math, the School will admit the candidate according to his/her wishes, not necessarily the 3 subjects in the admission combination.
- 10:49 March 13, 2015

Can I ask if the Military Medical Academy's civilian programs need to have a health screening like the military program? Where do independent candidates apply for university entrance exams this year? And where do they take the exam? Will independent candidates get regional points added to their university entrance exam scores like previous years?
MSc. Nam Nhat Minh - Deputy Head of the Department of Admissions Examination Management and Diploma Recognition - Department of Testing and Education Quality Assessment: Military Medical Academy's civilian majors do not have to undergo preliminary selection like the military majors. For independent candidates, you can submit your application at any application collection point that you feel is convenient for receiving exam notices, exam results as well as necessary contacts. You will register for the exam at the exam cluster hosted by the universities, which is convenient for your travel and accommodation during the exam period. The Ministry of Education and Training will decide and announce the exam clusters for you to follow and implement.

I am a student who was informed by the school about the 2015 high school graduation exam format according to Decision 3538/QD-BGDDT from mid-September 2014, which stated that the exam subjects were multiple choice, including Foreign Language, but according to Article 4 of Circular 02/2015/TT-BGDDT, the exam format of the subjects was stated to be guided by the Ministry every year.
So when will the Ministry guide the exam format in 2015? Will the Foreign Language subject be 100% multiple choice? Or will it be combined with essay? And will subjects like Chemistry, Physics, Biology be combined with essay? If so, the Ministry needs to adjust Decision 3538 so that students have a direction to review and avoid surprises? Van Nguyen nguyenvan2577@gmail.comAssociate Professor, Dr. Mai Van Trinh, Director of the Department of Testing and Education Quality Assessment (Ministry of Education and Training): As mentioned above, the 2015 national high school exam is similar to the 2014 high school graduation exam and university and college entrance exam. The exam format remains stable as in 2014, specifically:
- Math, Literature, History, Geography: essay test, 180 minutes.
- Physics, Chemistry, Biology: multiple choice test, 90 minutes.
- Foreign Language subjects: written and multiple choice, 90 minutes.
The above exam format was recognized and highly appreciated by students, teachers and society in 2014. The 2015 National High School Exam continues to maintain the exam format for all subjects to avoid causing confusion and anxiety for candidates. - 10:56 March 13, 2015
Does the National Economics University consider admission scores based on each major or school? Will the school assign majors immediately this year or will it assign majors after 1.5 years of study? (Mai Anh, Hanoi)
Prof. Dr. Nguyen Quang Dong, Head of Training Management Department (National Economics University) : The school does not have a common minimum score for all majors. Admission scores are based on each major. Admission scores for majors are at least 2 (two) points higher than the input quality assurance level.
The school has 21 majors and 47 majors. Some majors have up to 12 majors (Economics). The school will assign majors immediately after students enroll.
