Announcement: Plan to implement KNM1 Training Camp for 12th grade students, full-time university system

Regarding the implementation of KNM1 Training Camp for full-time 12th grade students

To: Heads of Departments and Offices

-          Based on the teaching and learning plan of KNM1 subject for full-time students of course 12 approved by the Principal.

-          Based on the report on the implementation of KNM1 teaching and KNM1 training camp approved by the Chairman of the Board of Directors on September 20, 2015 .

The Faculty of Business Administration announces to units the plan to implement the KNM 1 training camp for K12 students as follows:

1.  Time and class division

2.   Content

Camp KNM1 will be held in 1 day. Time starts from 07:30 and ends at 21:00 on the same day. Specifically as follows:

3.  Ingredient

- 3 lecturers teach KNM 1 and 2 other lecturers support.

- All K12 students and full-time students of KNM 1 combined courses.

4.   Request:

-  Students should wear comfortable, easy-to-move clothes (women should not wear skirts). They can bring extra clothes because they sweat a lot when moving around.

-  Students are not allowed to bring valuables or belongings. They are responsible for their own personal belongings.

-  All students scheduled to study KNM1 must be present, on time and gather at the Great Hall on the 1st floor of Phu Lam, Ha Dong, Hanoi.

- Camp scores are calculated for the final exam score of KNM1. If students are absent, they will not receive a final exam score.

5.   Support work

- The Administration Department supports facilities: Hall, loudspeakers, sanitation, drinking water for lecturers and students, school health care...

-   The International Relations Department supports the purchase of facilities according to the actual needs of the department.

-   International Relations Department designs and prints backdrops, check-ins, and banners (faculty sends content)

-  The media department supports filming, taking photos for documentation and designing and editing a 5-10 minute video clip introducing the program to serve future recruitment efforts.

-  Faculties with specialized students inform students and implement.

The Faculty of Business Administration requests that homeroom teachers of K12 classes inform students and implement.
