Love Cake Program 2017
1. PURPOSE - MEANING
- "The Cake of Love" is an annual program of Dai Nam University every Tet holiday and has left many good impressions in the community.
- Promote the spirit of mutual love, helping each other, and sharing difficulties with the less fortunate.
2. TIME – LOCATION
a. Time
- Wrapping and cooking cakes: from 08:00 – 23:00, Friday, January 13, 2017 ( ie December 16 of the Lunar calendar ).

- Wrapping and cooking cakes: from 08:00 – 23:00, Friday, January 13, 2017 ( ie December 16 of the Lunar calendar ).
- Cake distribution: from 08:00 – 18:00, Saturday, January 14, 2017.
b. Location
- Cake packaging: Dai Nam University Yard – 56 Vu Trong Phung, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi.
- Cake distribution location: Hanoi, Bac Ninh
3. OBJECTS
- Wrapping and distributing cakes: staff, lecturers and students of Dai Nam University.
- Receive cakes: People in difficult circumstances, disabled, lonely, orphans,...
4. DONATION FORM
- Each staff, lecturer and student supports in cash at least 10,000 VND or each unit, class supports 1 pot of banh chung from 10 - 20 pieces.
- Form of donation: Student volunteers will go to collect donations directly on January 5 and 6, 2017 or units and individuals can contact Mr. Vu Dang Tuan Anh, member of the School Youth Union Executive Committee, phone number 01668 239 495 .
5. COORDINATION IN IMPLEMENTATION
a. School Youth Union Executive Committee
- Organize collection of donations from organizations and individuals.
- Responsible for updating the list of organizations and individuals participating in regular donations on the website: www.dainam.edu.vnb. Location
- Cake packaging: Dai Nam University Yard – 56 Vu Trong Phung, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi.
- Cake distribution location: Hanoi, Bac Ninh
3. OBJECTS
- Wrapping and distributing cakes: staff, lecturers and students of Dai Nam University.

- Prepare facilities for cake wrapping.
- Arrange vehicles to deliver cakes.
- Plan and purchase ingredients for wrapping cakes.
c. Leaders of departments, divisions, and affiliated units
- Actively promote and encourage teachers, staff and students to participate.
- Each department and office sends 1 staff member or lecturer to join in wrapping the cakes.
- Call on philanthropists and sponsors to support the program.
- Each class sends a list (02 students) participating in wrapping and distributing cakes to the email address doanthanhnien.dnu@gmail.com before 16:00 on January 10, 2017.
