- (*) The school uses the results of 02 subjects from the national high school exam results at the exam clusters hosted by the Universities and the results of the aptitude test organized by Dai Nam University for admission. The aptitude test (Fine Arts Drawing and Information Technology) is organized by the school in two rounds on the exam dates: August 6 and October 1, 2016 at 56 Vu Trong Phung - Thanh Xuan, Hanoi.

1- Application documents

• Application form (According to the form of the Ministry of Education and Training).
• Certificate of exam results (original)
• 02 Envelopes with stamps and recipient's address clearly written on them.

• Application form (according to Dai Nam University form);
• High School Transcript (notarized copy);
• High School Diploma or temporary high school graduation certificate (notarized copy);
• Priority certificates (if any);
• 02 Envelopes with stamps and recipient's address clearly written on them.

2- Time to receive application documents

• Phase 1: From February 15, 2016 - March 15, 2016 for candidates who graduated from high school from 2015 or earlier (Candidates will study according to accumulated credits of the 2015-2016 school year)
• Phase 2: From March 15, 2016 to June 15, 2016, candidates who do not have a transcript or high school diploma will submit additional transcripts and temporary high school graduation certificates (notarized copies) from June 1, 2016 to August 15, 2016.
• Phase 3: From July 20, 2016 – August 20, 2016
• Phase 4: From September 1, 2016 – September 25, 2016
• Phase 5: From October 1, 2016 – October 30, 2016

3- Method of submission and location for receiving application documents
