The program is for 3rd, 4th year students or graduates of Dai Nam University who are interested and want to work in this field. The Interns Banker training course focuses on positions for new people such as:
- Dealer
- Personal customer management
- Enterprise Customer Management
- Priority Customer Management
- Credit Support Specialist
- Valuation Specialist
- International Payment Specialist
- Debt Collection Specialist
With a flexible and detailed program framework. Each corresponding position will include 3 modules in 6 days and 12 weeks of fieldwork at the branch. The main modules include:
- Overview and orientation
- Products – professional skills
- Sales skills and complaint handling…
With such a training process, students will be enhanced with knowledge, professional skills and especially "hands-on" practice to meet the practical work needs of domestic and foreign banks. “Internship” Process

- After completing the internship period, Vietnam Bankers will evaluate, screen the internship results, completion level, etc. and introduce students with qualities and abilities that meet the bank's recruitment requirements to official employment.
