Announcement of enrollment for the 2015 University - College admission source class

1/ Training majors: Enrollment source for majors currently trained at Dai Nam University;
2/ Training time : According to school regulations
3/ Training form: Full-time
4/ Admission objects: All Vietnamese citizens working in economic sectors and social organizations, meeting the following conditions are eligible to apply:
4.1. Completed high school program (or equivalent)
4.2. Be healthy enough to study, not suffering from infectious or mental diseases.
4.3. Submit application documents in accordance with regulations
5/ Application documents include:
5.1. 2015 Admissions Application (issued by Dai Nam University). Candidates fill in all the information according to the form, the form must have a photo attached and stamped on the edge, the form must be confirmed (signed and stamped) by the Head of the management agency or locality.
5.2. Notarized copy of high school transcript.
5.3.02 3x4 sample photos (recently taken, same style as the photo attached to the application form), full name, date of birth, and place of birth clearly written on the back of the photo.
5.4.02 envelopes with full name and address of the candidate
6/ Competency assessment test subjects: Math, Literature, English.
7/ Location of capacity assessment test: At Dai Nam University.
8/ Learning method: Continuous focused learning.
9/ Assessment test fee and tuition fee.
9.1. Application and registration fee: 350,000 VND
9.2. Tuition fees are collected upon admission and according to current regulations of Dai Nam University.
10/ Plan for receiving documents, plan for testing and evaluating capacity.
10.1. Time to start receiving applications: July 29, 2015
10.2 Expected time for competency assessment test: August 2015
10.3. Expected start date: September 2015
