Announcement of enrollment for full-time Pharmacy training from College to University

NOTIFICATION
RECRUITMENT FOR TRAINING FROM COLLEGE TO UNIVERSITY IN THE FULL SYSTEM

• Pursuant to Circular No. 55/2012/TT-BGDDT dated December 25, 2012 of the Minister of Education and Training on Regulations on joint training at college and university levels; and Circular No. 08/2015/TT-BGDDT dated April 21, 2015 on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Regulations on joint training at college and university levels.
• Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 5835/QD-BGDDT dated December 12, 2014 of the Ministry of Education and Training sent to Dai Nam University to conduct intermediate-level to university-level training in the regular Pharmacy program;
• Based on the 2015 enrollment quota for the inter-university program of Dai Nam University announced by the Ministry of Education and Training;
• Based on the enrollment plan for the Dai Nam University's joint training program

RECRUITMENT FOR TRAINING FROM COLLEGE TO UNIVERSITY IN THE FULL SYSTEM

1/ Training field : Pharmacy

2/ Training time : 4.0 years (8 semesters)

3/ Training method: Full-time

4/ Admission objects: All Vietnamese citizens working in economic sectors and social organizations, meeting the following conditions are eligible to apply:

• Has a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
• Be healthy enough to study, not have infectious or mental illnesses.
• Submit application documents in accordance with regulations.

5/ Application documents include:

1. University Application Form
2. Application form with photo (with confirmation stamp from local authority or working agency)
3. Certified copy of priority certificate (if any)
4. Certified copy of high school diploma (notarized)
5. Copy of transcript of entire Intermediate course (notarized)
6. Addressed envelopes with stamps (03 pieces)
7. 4 portrait photos 4x6 cm (Within 6 months from the date of taking to the date of submitting the application)

All the above documents are contained in the "admission documents" envelope (form issued by the Ministry of Education and Training).

6/ Admission form: Written exam of 3 subjects

• Basic subject: Statistics
• Basic subject: Analytical Chemistry
• Major: Integrated subjects (Pharmaceutical Management, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Materials, Preparation)

7/ Entrance exam location: At the exam council of Dai Nam University.

8/ Learning method : Continuous focused learning

9/ Tuition: Tuition is collected upon admission - Collected according to current regulations of Dai Nam University.

10/ Admission and exam schedule:

• Deadline for application is September 20, 2015
• Exam review for candidates is expected to take place from: September 20, 2015 to September 30, 2015.
• Expected exam date: October 10,11, 2015
