1. Training majors and enrollment targets

2. Scope and subjects of admission

- Recruitment scope: Nationwide recruitment.

- Admission subjects: Vietnamese citizens or foreign citizens, graduated from high school or equivalent or higher, no age limit and have the desire to study; Have good health to study according to current regulations; Not being under criminal prosecution. For foreign citizens, must be able to communicate in the language used in the training program and ensure the regulations according to the current regulations on management of foreigners studying in Vietnam.

3. Admission method: Admission based on application (no entrance exam).

3.1. Direct admission method

- Candidates must have a university degree.

3.2. Admission method using learning results from previous levels

a) Candidates must have a college degree

The admission score is the average score of the entire course (the average score is used for graduation classification) recorded on the College Graduation Transcript/Transcript (on a 10-point scale or on a 4-point scale).

b) Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

(1) Admission method: Admission (on a 30-point scale) according to one of the following two methods:

Method 1: Admission based on High School Transcript/Transcript according to the subject combination for admission:

- Admission score is the average score of 03 grade 12 subjects recorded in the High School Transcript/Transcript according to the subject combination registered for admission.

- Academic records/Transcripts used for admission are issued by high schools, Continuing Education Centers, Vocational Education - Continuing Education Centers or in the Academic Records/Transcripts on studying and passing exams, there must be enough high school level cultural knowledge as prescribed for those with intermediate level graduation certificates.

Method 2: Admission based on the results of the National High School Graduation Exam according to the combination of exams/subjects (admission subject combination): The admission score is the total score of the exams/subjects according to the registered subject combination.

a) Direct admission method: candidates have a university degree.

b) Admission method based on academic results at previous levels:

- For candidates applying for admission based on college diploma: the average score of the entire course on the college transcript must be from 5.0 points or higher (on a 10-point scale) or from 2.0 points or higher (on a 4-point scale).

- For candidates applying for admission based on high school transcripts or equivalent: the total score of 03 subjects in the admission group or the total score in the high school graduation exam must be from 15 points or higher and no score in the group must be below 5 points.

4. Admission principles

Admission principles will be based on the following priority order until the quota is filled:

- Subjects with a university degree;

- Subjects with college degree;

- Candidates with high school diploma or equivalent.

In case of exceeding the total enrollment quota, the consideration of admission will be carried out according to the following sub-criteria: Math score (on a 10-point scale) in the University/College Graduation Transcript/Transcript (in case there are many Math subjects/courses in the Transcript/Transcript, the subject/course with the highest score will be selected for admission) or Math score in the admission combination of high school graduates or equivalent, the principle of taking scores from high to low.

Based on the quota of each batch and based on social needs, the Admissions Council will decide the admission score for each batch.

Other special cases are decided by the School Admissions Council.

5. Training time

- Subjects with high school diploma or equivalent: 4.0 years;

- Subjects with Intermediate Diploma: 2.5 - 3.5 years;

- Candidates with College degree: 2.0 - 2.5 years;

- Candidates with a university degree: 2.0 - 2.5 years.

Note: Training time depends on the training major and the registered diploma. Students can register to study in advance to shorten the training time according to regulations.

6. Application fee and tuition fee

- Application fee + admission fee: 200,000 VND/application (non-refundable);

- Tuition: 600,000 VND/credit (no difference in tuition between majors).

The entire tuition fee for the university-level distance learning program is calculated by credit, the total course is about 120 to 130 credits. For students who have been exempted from the accumulated credits in the previous level, they only have to pay the tuition fee for the actual credits.

7. Application period: From the date of admission announcement until the quota is filled.

8. Diploma

- University diploma issued by the President of Dai Nam University.

- Diploma belongs to the national education system, regardless of training form.

Graduates can apply for admission to higher education levels.

9. Application documents: (Submitted documents will not be returned)

Each candidate completes 02 sets of application documents including the following contents:

(1) Application form for participation in the study (according to the form of Dai Nam University - Download HERE ).

(2) CV (according to Dai Nam University's form - Download HERE ) filled out with full information, photo attached and certified by local authorities or working agency.

(3) Notarized copy of highest diploma (High School, Intermediate, College, University). For those who graduated from regular secondary school, vocational secondary school or vocational college, a notarized copy of high school diploma must also be submitted.

(4) Notarized copy of high school transcript or intermediate/college/university transcript.

(5) Notarized copy of birth certificate.

(6) Copy of Citizen ID/Passport.

(7) 3x4cm ID photos (02 photos), full name, date of birth, place of birth clearly written on the back.
