Announcement of Admission for full-time college-university transfer training

1/ Pursuant to the "Regulations on articulation between intermediate level, college level and university level" issued under Decision No. 18/2017/QD-TTg dated May 31, 2017 of the Prime Minister;
2/ Pursuant to Decision No. 5894/BGDĐT-GDĐH dated December 13, 2010; Decision No. 565/QD-BGDĐT dated December 13, 2012 and Decision No. 5894/BGDĐT-GDĐH dated October 17, 2014 on assigning Dai Nam University to provide joint training from college level to full-time university level in the fields of Finance and Banking, Accounting, Information Technology, Construction Engineering and Pharmacy;
3/ Based on the enrollment quota for the 2017 school year of Dai Nam University announced by the Ministry of Education and Training;
4/ Based on the enrollment plan of Dai Nam University's joint training system.

1/ Training field : Pharmacy
2/ Training time: 2.5 years
3/ Training form : Continuous training
4/ Admission objects:
All Vietnamese citizens working in economic sectors and social organizations who meet the following conditions are eligible to participate in the recruitment:
- Have a degree in the correct major or the same major group as the candidate;
- Be healthy enough to study, not have infectious or mental illnesses.
- Submit application documents in accordance with regulations.
5/ Application documents include:

1. Application form (Issued by the Ministry of Education and Training)
2. Notarized copy of Diploma, copy of Transcript;
3. Notarized copy of high school diploma and transcript;
4. Copy of birth certificate
5. 04 3x4 sample photos, back of photo clearly write full name, date of birth, place of birth;
6. University Application Form

All the above documents are contained in the envelope "Admission documents" (Form issued by the Ministry of Education and Training)
6/ Entrance exam:
Candidates must take 3 subjects in the entrance exam organized by Dai Nam University: Statistics, Analytical Chemistry, Specialized Subjects
The organization of enrollment, recognition of admission and summoning of admitted candidates are carried out according to the current regulations on regular university and college enrollment of the Ministry of Education and Training.
7/ Entrance exam location: At the exam council of Dai Nam University
8/ Learning method : Continuous focused learning.
9/ Tuition :

• Tuition fees are collected upon admission - Collected according to current regulations of Dai Nam University.

10/ Application receiving plan, recruitment exam plan:

• Deadline for receiving applications: December 15, 2017
• Exam review sessions are scheduled for candidates from December 16, 2017 to December 28, 2017.
• Expected exam date: January 6, 7, 2018
