Announcement of Admission for Full-time College-University Pharmacy Transfer Program

NOTIFICATION
RECRUITMENT FOR TRAINING FROM COLLEGE TO UNIVERSITY IN PHARMACY, FULL -TIME SYSTEM

• Pursuant to Circular No. 55/2012/TT-BGDDT dated December 25, 2012 of the Minister of Education and Training on Regulations on joint training at college and university levels;
• Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 5894/BGDĐT-GDĐH dated October 17, 2014 of the Ministry of Education and Training sent to Dai Nam University to conduct regular college-to-university transfer training in Pharmacy;
• Based on 2014 enrollment targets of Dai Nam University.

Dai Nam University announces enrollment for full-time College-University Pharmacy transfer as follows :

1/ Admission objects: All Vietnamese citizens working in economic sectors and social organizations, meeting the following conditions are eligible to apply:

• Have a full-time college degree in Pharmacy within 36 months from the date of graduation.
• Be healthy enough to study, not have infectious or mental illnesses.
• Submit application documents in accordance with regulations.

2/ Training time: 2.5 years (5 semesters)

3/ Training method : Full-time

4/ Admission form : Written exam of 3 subjects

• Basic subject: Statistics
• Basic subject: Analytical Chemistry
• Major: Integrated subjects (Pharmaceutical Management, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Materials, Preparation)

5/ Application documents include:

1. University Application Form
2. Application form with photo (with confirmation stamp from local authority or working agency)
3. Certified copy of priority certificate (if any)
4. Certified copy of college diploma (notarized)
5. Copy of transcript of entire college course (notarized)
6. Addressed envelopes with stamps (03 pieces)
7. 4 portrait photos size 4 x 6 cm (Within 6 months from the date of taking to the date of submitting the application)
8. All the above documents are contained in the "admission documents" envelope (form issued by the Ministry of Education and Training).

6/ Tuition: Tuition is collected upon admission - Collected according to current regulations of Dai Nam University.

7/ Application receiving plan, recruitment exam plan:

• Deadline for application is November 30, 2014
• Expected exam date: December 27, 28, 2014
