Based on the complicated situation of the Covid-19 epidemic in the country and in the world; Based on the policy of the Chairman of the Board of Directors on Joining hands with the community to repel the Covid-19 epidemic; Considering the proposal of the Board of Directors, the Chairman of the Board of Directors decided to assign the Faculty of Pharmacy to prepare hand sanitizer gel according to the WHO formula for the school to distribute to cadres, lecturers, employees and some residential areas, administrative agencies in the city in need of help, the Board of Directors of Dai Nam University announces the plan to donate hand sanitizer gel specifically as follows:

Give 01 bottle of 250ml hand sanitizer gel to each staff, lecturer and employee. The Administration Department will organize the distribution based on the list of staff and employees according to regulations.

1. Schedule of gifts for staff, lecturers and employees:
- Phase 1: The Administration Department broadcasts live to staff and lecturers participating in the training program "Instructions on using online teaching tools" on the afternoon of March 17, 2020.
- Phase 2: Remaining officers, lecturers and staff receive directly at the Administration Department from March 18-20, 2020.
- Donate to residential areas and administrative units:
- Phu Luong Ward, Phu Lam Ward, Mo Lao Ward, Thanh Xuan Trung Ward;
- Ha Dong District Disease Prevention Committee;
- Ministry of Education and Training;
- EuroLand Apartment Management Board;
- TSQ Joint Stock Company;
