In the coming years, no industry will have a labor market as large as the IT industry. Currently, there is a shortage of IT human resources all over the world. Vietnam is no exception, the immediate need is to need about half a million more workers, far exceeding the capacity of universities. Therefore, IT is the industry that is easiest to find a job, the salary is relatively high, stable and increases very quickly after a few years of experience.
With the new training program, opportunities will increase significantly, as FIT-DNU partner companies will recruit from the second year onwards for their development projects. After graduation, if qualified, the entire development team will be recruited directly into the company, without a probationary period.
- After studying IT at DNU, what positions, jobs, and where can I work in a business?
After graduation, IT students can work for most businesses, government agencies, non-governmental organizations, schools, research institutes, study abroad and continue studying engineering, master's or doctoral programs.
At businesses, FIT-DNU students can work as technical staff, repairing office equipment, computers, mobile phones, installing software user manuals, analyzing application systems to provide technology consulting to businesses.

INCOME LEVEL AFTER GRADUATION
- What is the salary after I graduate from university with a degree in IT?
There is no specific number, because there are many parameters: the candidate's abilities and personality, the employer's needs and field of activity, development prospects, sustainability and risk of employment.
However, after the probationary period, the average starting salary in the IT industry is currently from 8-12 million/month, not including seniority. The salary will increase very quickly depending on the experience you have.
FIT-DNU will have cooperation programs with businesses so that you can accumulate experience right after the first year, which can help you find a job with a higher salary.
In addition, FIT-DNU also has special training programs to work for foreign companies with starting salaries of up to 20 million (if working domestically) or 50 million (if working abroad). These programs will require both reasonable efforts and financial investment.
IT is a hot and leading major in the digital age.
- How long does it take to graduate from IT at Dai Nam to get a salary of $2000?
This is a good but difficult question because there is no general answer for everyone. There are people who will never achieve that salary, if they are lazy in studying and working, do not have solid knowledge and do not make efforts to improve themselves. On the other hand, life is very long, the current salary does not fully reflect a person's ability, qualities and future.
If you are a good student (not necessarily excellent), know how to persevere in studying, researching, especially practicing foreign languages, professional skills, grasping development trends and entering a good environment within 10 years, plus a little luck, you will have the opportunity to get that salary.
