Admission requirements to Dai Nam University

Method 1: Use the results of 03 subjects from the high school graduation exam results according to the registered combination for admission consideration.

In addition to the general conditions as prescribed, candidates applying for admission must meet the following mandatory conditions to be considered for admission under this method:

Candidates must have graduated from high school or equivalent;
Have exam results that meet the quality assurance threshold set by the School after having the high school graduation exam results, for the Health sector as set by the Ministry of Education and Training.

Method 2: Consider high school transcripts

Consider the entire 12th grade high school transcript scores of 03 subjects in the admission group

• Admission score = (Subject 1 score + Subject 2 score + Subject 3 score)

In there:

• Subject 1 score = Average score of the whole 12th grade year of subject 1
• Subject 2 score = Average score of the whole 12th grade year of subject 2
• Subject 3 score = Average score of the whole 12th grade year of subject 3

Note: The school does not add priority points for the transcript review method.

The quality assurance threshold (floor score) of Method 2 is specified as follows:

• Medicine and Pharmacy majors must have a grade 12 academic record of Excellent and a total score of 3 subjects according to the admission combination of 24 points or higher.
• Nursing major must have a grade 12 academic record of Good or higher and a total score of 3 subjects according to the admission combination of 19.5 points or higher.
• Other majors: Total score of 3 subjects according to the admission combination is from 18 points or higher.

In addition to the general condition that candidates must graduate from high school or equivalent as above, candidates must meet one of the regulations on direct admission specified in Article 8 of the University Admissions Regulations of Dai Nam University.
