Youth Month Action 2015, celebrating the 84th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2015)

Implementing the action plan of the movement for the 2014-2015 school year; on the occasion of the anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2015), the Movement Committee announces the action plan of the movement for the second semester of the 2014-2015 school year with the theme "Green university and urban culture and civilization". The specific content is as follows:

I. PURPOSE, REQUIREMENTS

1. Educate, raise awareness and arouse in Union members and students national pride and pride in the traditions left by their ancestors.

2. Raise awareness and responsibility of Student Union members, guide students to specific actions to build a civilized cultural lifestyle: Behavior towards heritage, towards the environment, behavior between people and people, towards nature, educate awareness of obeying traffic laws, building a civilized and cultural lifestyle in schools and society.

3. Building a learning environment - Green university: CULTURE, INTELLIGENCE.

II. CONTENT

1. Time: March 2015

2. Location: Phu Lam primary school yard

3. Content of activities and assignment of responsible units:

(Classes are assigned to make costumes according to the theme: Garbage, scrap paper, bottles, trees, broken cars, cigarettes, sticks, cultural heritage...

4. Specific implementation content:

4.1. West Lake cleaning activities:

The Political Department plans to assign and deploy to the Youth Union branches and supervise activities starting from March 15, 2015.

4.2. School-wide cleaning activities

-Cleaning up the landscape, school grounds, and lecture halls.

-Cleaning benches and activity boards

-Take care of trees on campus

4.3. Organizing the “2015 Badminton Championship”

- Badminton Club plans, informs the Youth Union Executive Committee and organizes the tournament in March and April 2015.

4.4. Organizing the "Dai Nam Spring Cup Football Tournament 2015"

- The school union plans, notifies each union branch and organizes in March and April 2015.

4.5. Organizing tree donation and planting at Phu Lam facility:

- The School Youth Union Executive Committee announced to encourage classes to donate trees and organize tree planting at Phu Lam campus according to the plan in March 2015.

4.6. Traditional camp:

The School Youth Union Executive Committee is responsible for implementation, specifically as follows:

a. Camp Theme:

“Green university and urban culture”.

b. The planned activities are as follows:

- March 24, 2015

+ From 8:00 – 12:00: Camping and camp decoration activities. Tug of war qualifying round.

+ From 13:00 – 17:00: Flashmob dance with costumes recycled from scrap, waste, scrap metal... environmentally friendly. Tug of war final.

+ From 18:00 – 21:00: Performance to celebrate the founding day of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union organized by the School Youth Union.

- March 25, 2015

9:00 – 12:00: dismantling camp

4.7. Arts festival and fashion show:

Time – location:

6:00 p.m. March 24, 2015 at the outdoor stage, Dai Nam University, Phu Lam, Ha Dong.

Specific content:

+ Subjects : Students of all regular training courses and teachers in the whole school.

+ Contest form :

Members : all students, teachers and staff.

Form: dance, singing, drama, musical instrument performance, magic... and homemade fashion show on the theme of the Camp or about love for homeland, country, school...

The performances and forms of performance must not violate Vietnamese customs and ethics.

+ Time:

Registration: 10pm March 18, 2015

Rehearsal: 5:30 p.m. March 21, 2015 at Phu Lam Grand Hall, Ha Dong, Hanoi.

The Movement Committee requests the Heads of Faculties to disseminate information to homeroom teachers and students. 100% of classes are encouraged to participate. Each class registers for 01 camp. The contribution cost is 500,000 VND/camp.

before 20:00 on March 16, 2015. Contributions must be submitted to the Finance Department after registration.

The Movement Committee hopes to receive support from the Faculties in the school.
