With the training motto of providing Knowledge - Skills - Experience, Dai Nam University students are developed comprehensively, achieving good output standards, meeting the needs of society. Dai Nam University is highly trusted by society for the quality of training closely linked to real life. After 5 years of training, the first Pharmacist class of the Faculty of Pharmacy - Dai Nam University graduated with a graduation rate of over 86.5%. The issue of primary concern for K7 university pharmacists today is the ability to achieve the goals (output standards) to what extent? Based on that reality, Dr. Phan Thuc Anh - Lecturer of the Faculty of Pharmacy - Dai Nam University has conducted the topic "Research on the ability to meet output standards of K7 Pharmacy students - Dai Nam University"

After nearly 1 year of hard work on the project, on the morning of April 5, 2019, Dr. Phan Thuc Anh reported on the project acceptance at the Scientific Council Room - Dai Nam University. During the acceptance session, the Scientific Council highly appreciated the content as well as the scientific significance of the project with high practical value, serving as a basis for improving and building output standards of the Faculty of Pharmacy in particular and Dai Nam University in general.

Dr. Phan Thuc Anh devotedly defended her thesis before the school-level acceptance council.

To evaluate the ability to meet the output standards of K7 Pharmacy students, Dr. Phan Thuc Anh's research showed that: "68% chose a career based on the orientation of their relatives, but after 5 years of study, 68% of graduates felt that the career was suitable and could do the job, and only 2.04% felt that it was not suitable."

“ Based on sociological research methods, comprehensive sample surveys and SPSS 20 data processing, the study has evaluated objective and subjective factors, providing a result that is “meaningful” in practice and highly oriented, which is the basis for recommendations to the School Board of Directors,” commented Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Van Minh – lecturer of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Dai Nam University.

Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Van Minh is enthusiastic about the author's research topic and wishes to widely disseminate it to research subjects.

The reality of education training shows that to determine the "ability to meet the output standards of students" depends on 3 main factors in training including: training program, teachers and students (teaching ability and learning ability) and facilities to meet the teaching work. " Dai Nam University is one of the few non-public schools with a complete system of practice rooms, chemicals, and equipment for students to practice are fully provided", Dr. Doan Thanh Hien - lecturer of the Faculty of Pharmacy affirmed.

Dr. Luong Cao Dong - Principal - Chairman of the Acceptance Council highly appreciated the applicability of the topic in educational management of Dai Nam School.

According to the assessment of Dr. Pham Van Nguyen - Head of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Dai Nam University: "The topic has identified the initial successes and limitations and shortcomings of the regular university pharmacist training program of Dai Nam University. As well as providing a basis for timely changes and adjustments in the regular university pharmacist training program to "benefit" the next course " .

The school acceptance council evaluated the research topic as excellent.

According to Dr. Le Thi Thanh Huong - Vice Principal, Dai Nam University: " The success of the project is to forecast the future needs of the Pharmacy industry, so that the Faculty can better prepare in terms of facilities, practical internships, and personnel. Improve the training quality of full-time University Pharmacists of the Faculty of Pharmacy at Dai Nam University".

At the end of the acceptance session, the topic " Research on the ability to meet the entrance standards of Pharmacy students of K7 - Dai Nam University " was classified as excellent by the Scientific Council and hoped that the faculties in the school could apply and implement it to evaluate the training quality of each faculty, with the common goal of improving the training efficiency of Dai Nam University.
