-What is the special feature of student management work, sir? If you could use one word to describe the special feature of this job, what word would you use?
The mission of the Student Management Office is to maintain the political ideology of students, to bring the student body into the discipline of a modern, advanced university, but also to be close to students. If public universities consider lecturers as the center, non-public universities take students as the center. To be close to students, the shortest way is "from heart to heart". The Office's motto is "discipline and responsibility".

We often joke with each other that the Student Management Office has an achievement of issuing at least disciplinary records for students every month. After all, discipline is indispensable to have order and discipline. Student management in a university is like a brake. A car that wants to go fast and in the right direction needs good “brakes”…
Accept being "hated" to be successful
-What are the advantages and disadvantages in student management at Dai Nam University?
The Student Management Office always receives consensus and support from the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the School Board, so the student discipline rectification activities take place quite smoothly. However, tightening student discipline cannot avoid the situation where some students have negative reactions; tightening the working hours of teachers and staff cannot avoid conflicting opinions. In order for the school discipline rectification activities to be put into order, there must be a roadmap and really drastic implementation to be successful. Those who do management work must dare to accept "being hated".

Discipline and order create a serious, scientific and healthy learning environment. Students are treated fairly, cared for and looked after attentively, creating excitement and good motivation to study better and better. The school environment greatly determines the formation of a person's personality. A school with order, discipline, love and responsibility will create generations of good citizens, useful to society.
-Along with the general development of the School, what direction and orientation will the Student Management Department have, sir?
The era of technology 4.0 requires the Student Management Department to have stable and breakthrough changes. Create many information channels for students to access in many ways; understand their strengths and limitations to adjust themselves in a positive direction. Teachers who do student management work not only have to grasp information during the 8 working hours at school but also have to grasp the aspirations of students through many different channels to make better adjustments. Reality shows that Dai Nam University is increasingly known to society for many positive aspects...
