Candidates and Organizing Committee at the closing ceremony of round II – Launch To Leader
From October 20 to 22, 100 contestants experienced training activities in the form of a military camp combined with a summer camp; along with discussions with experts in various fields. At the end of round II, 73/100 excellent contestants advanced to round III, called Project Development for Practical Implementation, which took place from November 4, 2023 to January 13, 2024.
Through experiential activities, the 20 best candidates were selected to become leaders of the competing teams in round III. Here, the leaders have the right to choose members for their own teams. This is a right, an opportunity and also a challenge when you have to uphold the highest sense of responsibility, improve your leadership capacity in your new position.
To help the Leaders get used to their leadership roles in the next round, the Organizing Committee has designed a meaningful exercise to activate the potential of each individual and the whole team. Specifically, within 1 day and night, the teams need to come up with ideas and work together to "produce" a unique product with its own color. The great pressure of time requires each team to uphold the spirit of responsibility for the collective, practice coordination skills to achieve the highest efficiency.
