25 years old, continuing to write university dream at Dai Nam

At the age of 25, many people have stable jobs, even get married. But for Do Minh Hoan - a student of the Faculty of Korean Language and Culture, Dai Nam University, this is the time when he begins his university journey. This seemingly "late" decision is an important turning point, opening a new path for Hoan to pursue knowledge and unfinished dreams.

After a period of military service, then working in Japan with a stable income, Hoan still felt a void in himself: lack of foundation, lack of knowledge, lack of direction. Experiences in a foreign country helped him understand more clearly the value of knowledge and perseverance. Then he decided to return to Vietnam, starting his university journey at an age that many people call "late", because he understood that knowledge is the longest and most solid path.

Hoan shared the reason for continuing his studies at this time: “If I don’t decide to change, I will still be the same person I was 7 years ago – no knowledge, no direction, no future”. That thought motivated him to apply and officially become a student at Dai Nam University.

Minh Hoan quickly integrated with his friends as soon as he entered school.

Family motivation and thirst for knowledge

When talking about his motivation, his eyes flash with the image of his hard-working mother and his sister who always protects and shelters him. For Hoan, his family is a great spiritual support, helping him to stay strong even though he has to start over at the age of 25.

While pursuing his studies, Hoan still works part-time at an educational company specializing in studying abroad in Korea. The practical working environment not only brings income but also helps him practice his skills, connecting his learning knowledge with his work. Unlike many young people who are still struggling, Hoan has a very clear goal: after graduating, he will strive to possess a specialized Topik certificate, creating a foundation for studying in Korea for graduate studies.

Minh Hoan is also a very active employee at the study abroad company where he works.
